The Site is operated by Nature Acupuncture & Herbs, LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Use of this Site does not create a patient-provider relationship between you and Nature Acupuncture & Herbs, LLC or any of its practitioners. A patient-provider relationship is established only through an in-person clinical consultation and formal intake process at one of our clinic locations.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
