Networks and Plan Administrators We Work With
Some names on your card belong to a network or an administrator rather than to the insurer. They decide whether a provider is in network and whether treatment needs authorizing, while the plan behind them decides what is covered. Both have to line up, which is why we check them together.
- Landmark - home-based medical care, usually arranged through a health plan rather than booked directly.
- Luminare Health - a third party administrator for self-funded employer plans, so your employer sets the benefit.
- Medrisk - manages physical medicine for workers' compensation claims. If you were hurt at work, start with our workers' compensation page.
- OneCall - also a workers' compensation network, arranging care under an existing claim.
- Whole Health Living - a complementary care network that health plans use to administer benefits like acupuncture.

CA Workers' Compensation
Injured on the job? We accept California Workers' Compensation cases. Acupuncture is a recognized treatment modality for work-related injuries including back pain, neck injuries, and repetitive strain.
Personal Injury / MedPay
Involved in a motor vehicle accident? We accept personal injury (lien) cases and MedPay coverage. Our team will work with your attorney or insurance adjuster directly.
FSA / HSA Cards
We accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as payment. Acupuncture is an eligible expense under most FSA and HSA plans - use your pre-tax dollars toward treatment.
